Every Monday, we're lacing up at NOCO and hitting the Raleigh Greenway together. All paces are welcome — the only requirement is showing up ready to run and sticking around afterward for a beer, coffee or beverage of your choosing.

Meet On The Lawn
Meet on the lawn at NOCO before we head out together for a run on the Raleigh Greenway.
Crabtree Creek Greenway. Pick your distance.
Our route follows the Crabtree Creek Trail from NOCO at Salvage Yard, with clearly marked turnaround points for 3- and 5-mile options. Pick your distance, find your pace and meet us back at NOCO when you're done.

3 miles. 5 miles. Zero miles. Doesn't matter. NOCO's here for you. Beer, coffee, non-alcoholic options, all of it.
