Our Story
NOCO Brews & Bites is Raleigh's All-Day Pour House, created as a place that fits naturally into your day — from morning coffee to afternoon beers, cocktails with friends and everything in between. NOCO stands for "no company," a playful rejection of anything overly corporate or manufactured. Just a welcoming neighborhood place built around good drinks, good people and a reason to stay awhile.
Where would we want to spend our time?
That was the question brothers Jay and Jeremy Bond kept coming back to while creating NOCO. After more than a decade of experience building places where people gather, they didn't want to simply open another brewery. Raleigh already has great breweries. And great coffee shops. And great bars. And great restaurants.
Instead, they wanted to bring the best parts of those experiences together into something with an identity entirely its own — a place that could fit naturally into whatever the day had in store.
A place where you could meet someone for coffee in the morning. Work for a few hours. Sit outside. Grab something to eat. Have a beer brewed onsite. Meet friends for cocktails. Bring the family. Or stay until last call.
And, most importantly, a place they'd genuinely want to spend their own time.
That became NOCO.

We designed the environment. What happens inside it is up to you. That's the point.
NOCO doesn't belong to one part of the day.
