6 Step Hop Back
Ok. Football is back! And whether your team is winning or losing, this is your go-to gameday IPA. Citrus, dank and fruit punch aromatics lead into a silky body of coconut, pineapple and stone fruit. Loaded with Citra, Mosaic, Pacific Sunrise, Belma CGX, Sabro and Strata CGX — this beer blitzes fast and asks for no forgiveness. Ready? Break.
Pairs well with: Yelling at the ref through your TV, a fantasy lineup you're already regretting and an ill-advised amount of hot wings.
No Country for Old Penguins Take Two

Pairs well with: Movie marathons, tuxedo shirts and drinking with the homies.
Top Bins

That's My EXACT Style
Tim Robinson knows his EXACT style, and now you do too. A crushable Hazy Pale Ale brewed with Citra and Mosaic on the hot side, then hit with a huge dose of Idaho 7 CGX and Idaho 7 in the dry hop.
Pairs well with: Incredible fashion choices, using up your entire per diem on clothes and taking a break from work.
Daniel Elliott, Brewmaster
Daniel has been working in beer since 2018, with experience at Glass Jug Beer Lab, Bond Brothers Beer Company, and Trophy Brewing Company, before taking the helm at NOCO.
His approach is serious about the craft without being overly serious about everything else. Which feels pretty NOCO to us.
Expect thoughtful, highly drinkable beers, North Carolina-grown ingredients where they make sense, a willingness to experiment, and probably a fair amount of laughing from the brewery during the day.
"Thoughtful without taking itself too seriously."
— Daniel Elliott, Brewmaster
First cup matters.
We're open early because NOCO isn't only an evening destination. Start your day with coffee or espresso, settle in for a few hours, meet someone before work or grab something on your way out.
We brew exclusively with beans from Black and White Coffee Roasters , because your first cup deserves to be a good one.
Good coffee. Comfortable seat. Plenty of outlets. Not a bad way to start the day.
Beer isn't everyone's thing.
That's why NOCO also pours handcrafted cocktails, wine, THC-infused beverages, nonalcoholic beer, mocktails, seasonal Italian sodas, coffee and tea. Whatever you're drinking, you're welcome here.
Come find your favorite.
Start with coffee, stay for a house-brewed beer, meet friends for cocktails or find something alcohol-free. Whatever you're in the mood for, there's a pour waiting at NOCO.
